1. Subscription Services
Pawpfect is a subscription-based service that delivers monthly boxes containing pet treats and toys for dogs. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet
- Maintain the security of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your subscription
2. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- No refunds will be issued for partial months
- Failed payments may result in service interruption
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Product Disclaimer
While we carefully select products for your pets, we cannot guarantee that all items will be suitable for your specific pet. Please inspect all items before giving them to your pet and discontinue use if any issues arise.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawpfect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
